Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH)

The law in England and Wales requires anyone who authorises the sale of alcohol to the public to hold a personal licence.

If you want a personal licence, you will need an accredited qualification,  this qualification is called ‘The Award for Personal Licence Holders’ (you may know it by its’ old name National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders or NCPLH) and you’re in the right place to book your course with one of the industry’s leading trainers.

The one day course includes a 40 question multiple choice exam – you will need to get 28 out of 40 to pass….but don’t worry about passing. 100% of candidates I have taught in the last 12 months have passed this qualification first time!

The Training covers every aspect of Licensing Law you  need to know to work in pubs, bars, hotels, clubs, restaurants and other licensed places where alcohol is sold (Licensing Act 2003 England and Wales)
